I've been worried lately that they wouldn't be able to build the privacy fence because of all the rain we've been having, which would push back closing, because the house has to be re-appraised once the fence is built. I drove by the house today because this is the only nice day we've had and probably will have this week or next week. I was excited to see that they were putting up the posts!! And they were still working, so it looked like they would finish that today. Hopefully that means that everything's on track for closing to happen next Friday!! :):)
Now if we can just get some sunshine next Saturday for moving day...doesn't look like that's going to happen, but I can hope!
