39 Weeks Old & 9 month appointment

It's crazy to me that Tristan has now been here with us longer than he was in my belly. He has changed so much this week! He is EVERYWHERE now. The hard wood/tile thing doesn't bother him anymore. He's crawling all over the place. He's pulled up a couple of times on the entertainment center, which is now completely empty within his reach. He walks great in the walker, even runs sometimes. He started waving this week. It's so cute. He holds his hand up when he sees someone. Last night he started actually waving it instead of just holding it up. He is close to saying "mama." I'm pretty sure that's what he's trying to say but it isn't quite there yet. He is also throwing TANTRUMS. He screeches and kicks his legs if he doesn't get his way. It's funny but gets old. He loves to stand at his activity table and he is wanting to cruise, but can't figure it out yet. He's still wobbly standing, but gets sturdier every day. He cries when we tell him, "No" most of the time.

At his 9 month appointment he weighed 21 lbs 5 oz and is 28.5 inches long. He is 75th percentile in weight and head size and between 50 and 75th percentile in length. He was referred to the ENT for tubes because of his ear infections. We go January 17 for his consult appointment. I'm relieved because of how many he's had but still nervous about the procedure. I've heard it's not bad at all though. Everything else looked great at his appointment!
