New Developments: Smiling! Cooing lots more and sometimes in response to us talking to him. Pouty lip when upset, lifting up more during tummy time, sitting for a few minutes with support in the Bumbo, playing and smiling with piano activity mat, sleeping 4-5 hours regularly for the first stretch of sleep at night usually in the Pack n Play next to our bed
Favorite toys: definitely the piano activity mat. He will kick the keys, bat at the toys, stare in the mirror and smile. He's shown a little interest in rattles and likes musical toys.
Favorite Activities: still loves to eat! Loves music on toys, keyboard or Pandora app! Likes white noise still, with hair dryer and vacuum being the most effective. Likes to sit in his vibrating rocker, loves being sat in my lap facing me and being talked to. He gets mad if he's not getting attention! Bathtime is still a favorite!
Most Challenging Times: fighting sleep is a little better during the day but worse at bedtime. Some nights he's out by 8pm and others he fights until 10pm! He usually gets a little fussy around 6-7 pm.
New Places I Went to this month: Nana and Poppy's house in Bryant, Matthew's birthday party, furniture shopping around town, Easton's birthday party, to meet baby Paige in the hospital
Other Things to Remember: His pouty lip, the way his eyes light up right before a smile, cuddling in bed first thing in the morning
