10 weeks old

Tristan is 10 weeks old today and he is getting more and more fun! Starting this week, he is really paying more attention when we talk to him, and he gives a BIG grin just about everytime. When we hold him in front of us, he'll look around for a few minutes, but eventually lock eyes and then give the biggest smiles. He'll coo a little bit when we talk to him. He rolled over belly to back 3 times yesterday!! Sleep this week was the best so far. After starting on the Zantac (coincidence?), he has consistently been sleeping 5 1/2 to 6 hours every night for the first stretch of sleep and then about 2 hours after that. He even slept through the night last Saturday! That was amazing! He is grabbing at objects more, but he's not great at actually getting them yet (minus my hair--he always latches on to that)! He's really been sucking his fist more and I think it's only a matter of time before he really finds his thumb. We went to visit Nana and Poppy last weekend and Meme, Nonnie and Papaw yesterday. We had the GI test and swallow study Monday and Tuesday, so we've had a busy week! We are unfortunately going back to the doctor this afternoon. He has what looks like a busted blood vessel in his eye, but the nurse wants to play it safe since he's so little and make sure it's not pink eye, so we're headed back to the doctor again! Tristan was 13 lbs 2 oz last Friday, so I'm guessing he's about 13 lbs and 8 oz this week, but we'll see! :)

Update: His eye is fine. It's some kind of hemmorrage from coughing or sneezing, and it'll go away in a few days. He weighs 13 lbs 12 oz!
